Important Information Regarding Prospectus and Form Fill Up

1. a) The cost of prospectus & Form is Rs. 150/- which has to be paid into the college bank account prior to the form fill up. A proof of payment along with UTR number and date has to be attached. Therefore, please take a screen shot of the digital transaction that has also the UPI/UTR details. If money is deposited in the bank, then the photo of the deposit slip with the NEFT Transaction number written on the slip has to be attached.

On successful completion, you will get a message that the form is successfully submitted. Within 2 working days, you will receive a reply from the office regarding the status of your application. If there is any error in your application form, we will notify you about it.

c) Kindly keep a digital copy of the following documents and your digital photo for uploading in the application form. If you are using a mobile phone for form fill up, ensure that you have all the relevant documents in your mobile phone.

  • 1. Matric and Class 12 Marksheets
  • 2. Matric Original Certificate
  • 3. Class 12 Provisional Certificate From School / Council(Optional for Application)
  • 4. ST/SC/OBC/MOBC/Caste Certificate
  • 5. Photo of the Candidate
  • 6. Proof of Payment

The original of the above documents have to be brought to college on the first day of arrival and have to be verified by the office for the validation of your Admission.
