Yoga Club : Yoga is a way of controlling an individual’s mind body and soul. It brings together physical and mental discipline to achieve a peaceful body and mind. It helps develop proper breathing habits and increasing flexibility, muscle strength and body tone. In our college, the Yoga club was started in the year 2017. Yoga club conducts programms to understand of maintaining good health both physically and mentally. It trained teacher teach certain yogic mudras and asanas to make the students physically and mentally fit and to understand the inner life. Motto/ Purpose.
