ADRE- 2024 REPORT GRADE III EXAM

The State government has taken a great initiative to eradicate unemployment from the state. It was announced by the chief minister that by the end of this year various posts of job vacancies will be advertised and people can apply for the same .Assam Direct Recruitment Exam is a State Level Recruitment exam that fills various government post in Assam .The ADRE 2024 was held in three phases to fill grade IV posts in Assam government.The final phase of the exam was held on October 27th, 2024 .Don Bosco College, Golaghat was chosen as one of the centre of examination among 88 centres under Golaghat District. An Orientation program was organized for the invigilators ,centre in charge and supervising officers. The exam was conducted according to the guidelines set by SEBA under ADRE commission 2022.

 Fr. Dr.A. Amaladoss Principal of the College was the Centre-in-Charge and an Assistant Professor Arpita Dowarah from Dept. of Sociology and Miss Gourangi Koushik from Dept of Political Science was the Assistant Centre-in-Charge for ADRE 2024.  The exam was supervised by Dr. Joygeswar Bori who was appointed by DC and Junmoni Narah who was appointed as Supervising Officers under School of Inspector. The examination centre was thoroughly under observation of ADC, Circular Officer and SP of Golaghat district. The police along with NCC Cadets of the college were involved in frisking the candidates before entering the examination halls.

All the guidelines were strictly followed in preparing the seating arrangement and verification of the identity of the candidates. All the teaching and non-teaching staff of the college were present for the invigilation duty. Three of our invigilators were from outside the College. We are thankful to them for their support and helping us in the nick of time. Out of the 406 listed candidates, 346 appeared in the written examination which was of 150 marks. The exam ended with ease. We are also so thankful to DC of Golaghat district for choosing our college as Centre of Examination for ADRE 2024. Looking forward  to host another exam in near future.

ADRE-2024 REPORT GARDE IV (TECHNICAL)

Assam Direct Recruitment Examination 2024 has conducted a written examination on 27th October, 2024 for Grade IV (technical). Don Bosco College, Golaghat was chosen as one of the centre of examination among 64 centres under Golaghat District.  The exam was conducted according to the guidelines set by SEBA under ADRE commission 2022. For conducting the exam smoothly almost from one week orientation was conduct for centre in charge and supervising officers.

 Fr. Dr.A. Amaladoss Principal of the College was Centre-in-Charge and Assistant Professor Arpita Dowarah from Dept. of Sociology and Miss Gourangi Koushik from Dept of Political Science was Assistant Centre-in -Charge for ADRE 2024.  The exam was supervised by Abhijeet Kakoty who was appointed by DC and Dipankar Chakraborty who was appointed as Supervising Officers under School of Inspector. The examination centre was thoroughly under observation of ADC, Circular Officer and SP of Golaghat district. The police people along with NCC Cadets of the college were involved in frisking the candidates before entering the examination halls.

All the guidelines were strictly followed in preparing the seating arrangement and verification of the identity of the candidates. We are thank full to them for their support and helping us in the nick of time for smooth conduct of the exam.  The Examination was held in two shifts with each shift lasting for 2 and Half Hour. In the first  shift out of the 406 listed candidates, 309 appeared in the written examination which was of 150 marks and in the second shift 280 candidates appeared for the exam consisting of 150 marks. The exam ended smoothly and everything took place as planned. We are also thank full to DC of Golaghat district for choosing our college as Centre of Examination for ADRE 2024. We hope to host another exam in near future.
